I might even not bother with any aerial as I'll probably just be using Bluetooth also.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Morning
Does anyone have a solution for a non-intrusive DAB aerial that doesn't look awful?
I'll be fitting a Continental DAB head unit to my 986 and options are the stick-on tape style (looks tacky) and that's about it. Apparently as the FM aerial is amplified, so it is not possible to split and share that. It needs to be passive, according to various sources.

Suggestions very welcome!
Thanks

I have installed the same headunit and DAB aerial you have shown.
I took my rear view mirror off and attached it in the top tint of the windscreen and routed the wiring along the a pillar, roof lining and light cluster. It’s about as neat and invisible that I could make it. Signal is ok but to be honest - I don’t really listen to the radio anyway just stream through my phone.
Thanks mvoong. I might even not bother with any aerial as I'll probably just be using Bluetooth also. Did you place the aux in cable anywhere in particular?
I have seen suggestions that one of these can be fit inside the A pillar trim, secured with velcro tape. I just hope here is plenty of space inside the trim to fit the magnetic aerial. Would be a neat solution.
someone on another site used the part from a pccm kit that can, I believe be bought separately and utilized the existing aerial as per the pccm unit for his install
I am likewise very interested in developments concerning aerial installations. There doesn't seem to be much in the way of unobtrusive installations that offer reasonable reception at the moment.
