Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I have another set (no pics) that I use under the jacking points or rear subframe and then I can take the wheels off to work on the brakes etc.

Suggestion
If you are also doing maintenance you might want to consider pushing the boat and getting a quickjack or something similar....otherwise, as Alex also said, a good quality low entry trolley jack will be fine for changing wheels etc.
Leading evidence: 'Set (no pics)' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Replace wheels etc' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

The lower set are about 9cm and I use them to get my car level, as my driveway slopes.

The set I use under the jacking points are about 30cm or 12" high

These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I regularly remove my wheels on average every thousand miles to clean both them and the calipers and check everything in the wheel arch area.
Most will know that trolley jacks are to high, or at least mine is and I have to drive up onto a piece of wood or bricks to give me some clearance to get the jack underneath the car.
My question to you all,, what do you use ?, Are there any ramps that are maybe a couple of inches high on the market ?
If you are also doing maintenance you might want to consider pushing the boat and getting a quickjack or something similar....otherwise, as Alex also said, a good quality low entry trolley jack will be fine for changing wheels etc.
I do my own maintenance thus have considered a proper ramp...but once I have jacked the car up and completed wherever job I needed to do I forget about other options!!! Memory is short
I have a low profile trolley jack from SGS which fits under my aero skirts even with a hockey puck in place on the lifting pad (not sure if that's correct terminology!?)
I also have the low profile SGS jack. and can recommend.
Not helpful for taking wheels off, but certainly helpful for certain other maintenance, is a pair of plastic ramps (mine were from Amazon). They are good if you are doing any work on the engine but due to low profile of the front end of our cars you cant use them there unfortunately.
I use a quickjack. It is excellent but pricy for just cleaning the wheels, and of course having a QJ means you start doing 'other things' to your car.
I could not be without mine now.
Another vote here for the SGS low profile jack. I've made some wood blocks out of old decking in two different heights. The lower set are about 9cm and I use them to get my car level, as my driveway slopes. I have another set (no pics) that I use under the jacking points or rear subframe and then I can take the wheels off to work on the brakes etc.

Here's a pic of the lower set.
I had grand plans about creating a copy of the "jackstands", using square tubing but the wooden block are working OK at present.
Good luck
