Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Anyhow in running diagnostics I got a few codes that I understand but whenever I search for the code everyone tells me that it’s the mass air flow sensor.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, sorry for asking such a simple question but I just need confirmation. I bought an iCarsoft POR 2.0 during Amazon Prime days because it was on sale and I couldn’t turn off my ABS light. Anyhow in running diagnostics I got a few codes that I understand but whenever I search for the code everyone tells me that it’s the mass air flow sensor. (MAF). Will someone please point me in the right direction?

Helps if you share the year of your car... assuming it's a Boxster. Also... you said, "... a few codes". Dude, we can't help you if yoou don't give us information. We want information, information, information Who are you? The new number two Who is number one? You are number six I am not a number, I am a free man!

POST 3Original post

On a 2000 S that code indicates knock sensor 2 error. On other years, makes and models it may show a different problem. Most likely there is a broken wire to the knock sensor. Mice love to chew that particular wire for some reason.

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
