Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 2Original post

Yes, I believe the maximum is 320k. VBR also works as well.

POST 4Original post

F1, my 2007 CS is eqipped with the standard stereo and in-dash CD player. My dealer warned me of playing MP3 CDs, because "they might not be recognized and can remain stuck in the player." Which stereo do you have in your car and, if it is the standard system, where did you find anything about its MP3 compatibility?

POST 5Original post

Mine would not play my MP3 CD. I would like to know what it needs to play correctly. If you have info, please share.

POST 6Original post

I believe only the PCM CD player will play MP3 CDs. The standard Porsche CDR24 head unit will not.

POST 7Original post

Damn you're right, I must have converted the files during the burn.
