Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Has anyone got or seen a similar problem. I've had the passenger door handle out and when trying to reinstall I can't get the rear part of the outer handle flush. If I tighten the two 10mm nuts on the inner bracket down the outer handle seems to bow outwards leaving a gap. The driver side is nice and tight to the door panel with little play but the passenger is sticking out a mile. I've tried aligning the handle more forward/rearward. Tried loosening the nuts but nothing makes it any better. Im fairly sure it's not watertight as I can see my torch light from inside the door from outside. Any advice appreciated

are you missing the black clip on the back that holds it flush ?
