Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Today, another day , another permanent smile implant Can't wait for tomorrow for another day driving. Regards Voya

POST 2Original post

Lovely. I recommend you change the rear Carrera badge for a silver one. It looks great against the black. [ ]

POST 3Original post

Is the badge just held on with "tape" i.e easy to swap?

POST 4Original post

The script is held on by a kind of sticky backed tape. Try soaking the badge in warm water for a while, then use dental floss to 'saw' under the script until it all comes off. Should be fairly easy, then the new one (available from www.Eurocarparts.com ) can be easily stuck on.

POST 5Original post

That's exactly what I did. After washing, it came off with a little work with some floss. The spongy residue that was left came off with a little bit of Autoglym Intensive Tar Remover and some gentle elbow grease. I left a tiny bit of residue on the extreme left and right so I knew where to position exactly the new badge. Be careful when applying the new badge though - once it touches the paintowork, the bloody thing sticks instantly! I got mine from www.porscheshop.co.uk who I've always found to be cheap, reliable and friendly.

POST 6Original post

Here it is - hot off the camera phone... I find it adds that subtle touch of bling to the rear... [ ]

POST 7 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Chrono, looks very good but shouldn't it be on the bottom half of the 'slope' Regards Voya

POST 8Original post
