Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Just installed a set of silver Rennline.com aluminum track mats. They are fantastic!

Had to remove sub for the passenger side, but reinstalled over top of the mat. Fits like a glove and the anodizing appears really rugged. Highly recommend as I hate to vacuum.

I was looking to buy these same floor mats when I get my car some time in July. Anyway do they make them for
bose
equiped cars and if not was it had to remove the sub?
They don't make w/sub specific one.
Super easy to remove the sub. Fellow forum member FIREBRAU (sp? sorry, from memory) gave me advice.
On the sub there is a little plastic grill. Grab the middle and push up and out. The grill comes right off.
This give access tothe one and onlyscrew that holds on the small cover that has the acc. lighter socket and a heat duct. Torx bit off, unplug socket, set aside.
Once that cover is off, there is a larger torx bit under it that holds the sub, remove bolt and pull sub backwards toward the shifter. There are three metal tabs on the tunnel that slide into and hold the sub to the tunnel. Insert track mat, put sub back, align tunnel clips to sub, push sub forward, put back in bolt, Acc cover and bolt, snap in grilland voila'.
2 bolts and 5 min tops. Just like exploratory surgery, its slow going first time, but it is really super easy in hindsight.
Do it. It's a good look, and great product. The company customer service was exemplary and the shipping to me was really fast. Just hope the anodizing holds up over time.

The pic earlier is the one from the drivers side on the Rennline site.
Here is the pass side of mine:

I don't think you'll be dissapointed.

I have Sea Blue Interior. I don't have the car yet but was afraid that there would be 'too much' blue. I think the pedals and the new mats will break-up that 'sea of blue' and also go along nicely with the standard aluminum trim that is throughout the interior.
Post a pic of 'your' drivers side please jjbravo.
Thanks,
Shane
Shane, I think you are right about the need to break up the blue and this looks like a really trick way to do it. Looking forward to seeing photos. Any more word on the status of your
Cayman
?
It's on a ship named, 'Orion Hwy'. Now how the hell do I track the ship?
Dealer says it should arrive at port between May 5th and May 13th? They have that big of a window to arrive at port?
Shane
Some ports have web pages that show the expected date of arrival of ships that they update daily. That is the only way I've found to sort of keep up with when to expect it in port. Search forthe ports web page and you may find something. The most helpless feeling is when it gets on a truck and has to make who knows how many stops before it gets to you.
Yep,
So far the little croc will come home to a full Zaino Kit, a car cover, aluminum racing pedals, aluminum track mats, and an assorted variety of cotton towels and micro-fiber stuff.
What did you expect me to do for three months? Buy nothing? As the old Boy Scout Motto goes: Be Prepared. I guess I took it to heart.
