Hi, Is it possible to retrofit the PSE to a Targa/Carerra 2 please and does anyone have an idea of approximate cost? Also, is there any noticeable performance gain with this, in terms of power increases anywhere in the rev range and where and also the acceleration time. Does the PSE also have the twin/double exhausts, or is this just a cap addition please?

Yes it is £1500 for 996 (OPC Nottingham) No performance gains YEs you can change exhaust tips and the doubles are an option. THey just clip onto the mufflers. If you get them fitted at the same time of the exhaust it is easiest.
