So this morning I started my 996 c4s and the engine check light came on. I noticed there was a buzzing sound coming from either the dashboard area or the speakers. I decided to drive the car down the road slowly only to realise the speedometer not working. Both needles not moving and I can’t seem to switch the green cruise control light off. The digital speedometer still works and tells me the speed I’m going and temperature gauge seems to be working. Has anyone had this same problem? And do you think it’s still ok to drive the car?
