Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

We have a long private lane made of hardcore/gravel (not our responsibility unfortunately) and I drive mostly on country lane so my front wheel arches are getting chipped. Just wondering if there is an off the shelve solution (PPF already cut to shape) to protect those areas, like them have for the rear ones? The are a couple of old post for 993s about it but haven't seen anyone doing it on there 996, anyone?

Your welcome, from my experience when sticking them on the car don't try and do it dry you will never get them on in one go, use mild soapy water mix to get the in the right place and use a heat gun on low to dry them. I can’t remember if they came with instructions or if it’s on the website. They do clear or satin black if you ask them.
