Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I initially thought I had clogged sunroof drains that were causing a small leak. The issue is actually bigger than that and has nothing to do with the drains. There is hinged part of the sunroof frame that has a weather strip attached to it that aids in drainage. Unfortunately for me the one on my car has become misshaped and allows water to leak into the car. Has anyone else experienced this and what's the best way to find this part without buying a whole new frame? Thanks in advance, T.J.

POST 2Original post

What year? Can you ID it on the PET? I don’t recognize that part. Johan

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

It's an '03 and I believe that it is a part of the sunroof frame that's why it doesn't have a part number in the diagram. I'm just hoping someone else on here has seen or had the same issue.

POST 4Original post

maybe take a piece of small diameter rubber hose, slit it on one side and slip it over the metal flange might be a good temp fix until you can source the proper part
