IIRC it was £250 for the set so that represents a much better value than a "sticker" solution
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Hi,
Got myself a white dial instrument cluster. I think I have the removal of the floating dash sorted:
1 screw underneath the microphone
1 screw underneath the hazard switch.
However I have not found anything on the removal of the instrument cluster from the dash surround. Assume it is clip. Any one done this.
Any help appreciated:
Regards Alan.
yep fleabay. There were 2 sets up. One that was listed as untested and these brand new ones. Checked with PorschclubGB and they will work no problem. Retail at circa £1000 got them for £171.66.
Just the tricky bit of installing and getting the info uploaded via the OPC software.
Regards Alan
No worries,
I think between the 2 of us we are clearing up all 996 bits of fleabay!!!
Carbon bits are still pricey though. Still looking out for carbon centre console.
Alan
Hi Alan - when you eventually manage to do it, would you let me know how its done please? I've been trying to take off the instrument binnacle for ages but scared of losing the allen screw that you have to undo on both sides once the hazard is off and the microphone out too. I am trying to fit a spoiler indicator light which connects to the binnacle (you might have seen this item listed on eBay as well). I succeeded in destroying the hazard warning switch (well, my neighbour did actually!). Cheers.

Has anyone tried the colour dial kits from porscheshop? I know these are just stick on rather than replacement but wondering what they look like, especially for over £200. 911design do a similar one for an extra £100 but can't see the difference...
Looked everywhere else online but you guys are buying up everything good

Asim (993c2s) had his dials painted by a bloke- looked a top job, and not too expensive. Might be worth asking him who it was- can't remember the thread.
Off topic - Asim, you been away mate? For some reason all your posts are doubling up but I notice each time the garage link on your profile has the Pork then the Merc...
