Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

There seems to be some play in the latch on the bonnet. It feels like it needs adjusting to pull the bonnet down a little more, or is a little play when locked usual? If not, anyone any ideas about the best way of tightening up?

POST 2Original post

Hi Tim. The rubber stoppers in the corners under the leading edge of the bonnet screw in and out. You can adjust the tightness for when the bonnet is closed, by playing with these. That should cure your problem quickly.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Fantastic Bob, thanks. Fixed it now. If only everything was that easy...
