Not to be a smart *** but are you sure that it's plugged in to the correct location. Don't they also use a separate CD setup for the NAV-equipped 987's for the NAV maps? I wouldn't think that those plugs are the same but you never know. Just thinking out loud here. I'm sure that I'm totally wrong. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
