Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

When I was looking to replace the Sirius antenna I had, no one here had a definitive answer. So I thought I would post the review here. The one that came with the Xact Visor Sirius radio was subpar in performance. I searched here and could not find recommendations. Than I did little searching on the net and found Sirius Dot Ultra (Model #14120) to be highly recommended. Well, with the stock antenna even trees with some snow would kill the signal. It was so annoying. I was considering getting an OEM Chrysler antenna, since on my Magnum it pulls signal very well, but it was $$$. So I bought and installed the Dot Ultra, whole 'nother story. I get reception in places none of my other Sirius radios could grab signal. I installed mine right under the front bonnet by one of the wipers, so you can not see the antenna. Awesome results.

POST 2Original post

Cool. Could you snap a shot of the installed antenna?

POST 3Original post

It is under the cowl, so you can't see it. It is right behind the cabin air filter. I would have to take apart the cowl again to take a snapshot.
