Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

1 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

Has anyone noticed a slight metallic whine while driving. I never noticed it before but I just had its first year service at 13,500 miles and when I picked it up I could hear this noise. Bugging me, but I don't know whether to take it back in. G P.S Its not gear whine......

POST 2Original post

I haven't noticed anything like that in 18k miles - I'd say if it bugs you, and you think it's new since you took it in, then take it back in and let them listen to it. brad
