I just bought another '05 BS, and the radio is stuck on one station. It makes noise, but none of the buttons work. I inserted a CD, but it didn't change anything. Extensive searches here and on the web revealed lots of recommendations, but no actual fixes. Also need recommendations for an airbag trim ring. This car has the sport steering wheel with the round airbag. Who sells a replacement piece?

I have a 2008 Cayman with CDR24 and had the stereo stuck on playing a CD. Buttons and knobs were unresponsive. CD would not eject Car was still under warranty at the time so I took it back to the dealer who replaced the head unit. About a month later I got a small package from the dealer, they had eventually been able to remove the CD and sent it to me.
