Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Can someone please tell me the location of the oil pressure sender on a 2002 C4s? Is it hard to change and get to? Cheers

POST 2Original post

As you look at the engine from the rear, it's on the right hand side, on the top of the cylinder head, towards the back of the engine compartment (pointing vertically upwards). Item 32 in the picture. Not too difficult to get at.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for that. When I replace the sender will it delete itself from the error memory codes or will I have to take it to someone with a computer to delete it?

POST 4Original post

Is it an OBC error you are getting? If so, it should sort itself out.
