Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion
There's only two 1/4 mile tracks in my state, and even there, amateurs still run 1/8th.
Leading evidence: 'Run 1/8th' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). And yeah, at least around here, amateurs run 1/8th mile at pretty much every track.

All the supercars have to skip the burnouts too giving away even more to the home build hot rods who can do that and are using Hoosier rubber.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I'm at least close to the law and still having fun.
I have been binging on this for the last week or two. Sure, it’s amazing to see a guy build a backyard Vega into a sleeper slayer, I’ll give you that. But the entire world of performance is not based on cha-cha Muldowney. Drag racing is only one aspect of performance, America’s intoxication with 0-60 , I think is like saying only smell matters, I’ll skip sight and sound. Let’s see your crazy Buick on the Nuremberg ring, I will smoke you in a stock Boxster. As Alfa Romeo once said: “ it’s not how fast you go, it’s how you go fast”. Thank you for attending my TED talk.
Not that Netflix cares what I think, but I would like to see that same show with a hot lap added to the drag race showdown. One car at a time against the clock on a track. It would also be cool to see some tuned Porsches on that show, all of the supercar owners except a few are late off the line and they aren’t typically car folks, a few are but not many. All the supercars have to skip the burnouts too giving away even more to the home build hot rods who can do that and are using Hoosier rubber.
Well I'm about to sound olllld, but I'm going to guess it's aimed towards younger people being a Netflix show. My cousin in his teens likes my cars, but in the end goes on and on about horsepower and 0-60 times any time we talk about cars. I wouldn't want to use up my storage space for most of the boats he likes. I've tried to get him into autocross or something just to encourage him to not get into stupid street crap, but that's just not cool. It's not on Youtube and TikTok with flashy transitions and rap music.
I'll keep trying. He hasn't seen my Cayman yet, but I took him around some twisties in the Alfa that got his attention, then reminded him I really wasn't even trying

Well, they don't
have
to skip the burnout to heat up their tires, they choose to.
Drag racing is HARD on a car. Extremely hard. That's why when you build something to go fast, it's usually a 25 year old Camaro or Mustang. When (not if, when) you break something, it's relatively cheap to fix.
This is also why I think "roll racing" is for pansies. Breaking the car is simply a part of that kind of competition. Anyone who has ever had a fast car has been there and done that. We broke three transmissions in our old 85 Camaro. If you aren't willing to take the risk, stay in the stands.
@Boristhespyder
I'm trying to build a shop on my land, and once that happens, I'll probably wind up with a ratty SN95 Mustang for cheap (the fox body prices have gone insane), and build that for some 1/8 mile fun.

My cousin is sitting on his mom’s 5.0 Fox Body, likely under 30k. He owns a complete service center. He also has a Willy’s jeep, a Jensen interceptor and a few other gems he can recondition himself. Makes me jealous. But he’s my age and his spine is no bueno so I’m not sure they will get done.
A Jensen? COOL! Didn't those have Dodge motors in them? I want to say they were 360's?
EDIT: just looked it up, and yeah, Dodge power plants. 360's, 383's, and 440's.
