I believe Renntech has a DIY on it. When I did mine it was a case of going slow and looking at things. Then some head scratching and thinking. The hinge pin does have knurling on one end so you have to watch what side you push it out to. good luck. Its is nice to not have it flop around anymore.

I found four screws; one under the shift bezel, two under the ash tray, one inside the console it self. I still can't remove the console. What am I missing? Thanks David
