I'm a big fan of the Soundfly. Good price, works great, is small, you can put an SD card in it and let it run all the time, syncs up through Bluetooth on your phone, has decent options for customizing the sound out of it, displays track info on your gauge cluster, uses a remote...

I know its too late to reply on this thread, But searching for the best products is never-ending the journey. Recently i have bought TaoTronics Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter. No doubt it is one of the best Bluetooth Transmitters that I have ever used. You can use it as fm transmitter. However I am not insisting you to buy TaoTronics Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter, You can check this source:

. It has mention some outstanding Transmitters which you can choose.

does any of these 2 fit into the 987.1 cig lighter inside the center console?
death_magnetic, did you have a look at the link i posted above?
its got pictures and details of the bluetooth FM transmitter in my console/armrest box.
I've also just updated it for 2019
I think its pretty elegant if you pair it with a nice phone holder and control the music via your phone.
This and its done....

I just use a cheap China made transmitter that plugs into the cig lighter and stream spotify, internet radio etc off my phone. Adds handsfree phone capability as well.
This entire thread is about cheap made in communist china BT plug in's. Few are even aware of the simple to install device that delivers what we all would have like to have had in the first place. Referenced above.
1) This necro thread you dragged out is from 7 years ago so options may have been different then
2) You're kidding yourself if you dont think the solution you are using isn't also likely cheaply made in "Communist China"
