I just took my passenger window regulator out yesterday and sent it to Power Window Repair in Phx AZ. they rebuild the unit with metal parts and lifetime warranty. cheaper than buying OEM. have used them before on Mercedes and Porsche. Power Window Repair | Power Window Repair in Phoenix, AZ

Very easy to do the job, quite a few U tubes on it, 199. for rebuild and first user get a discount.15.00 off, be sure to ask for it.
