Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Was looking at upgrading all the control arms on my 40th and was about to pull the trigger on:
https://shop.funktionperformance.com...KJJlQWfgvSGRkV
Then I noticed it says "Note:
Rear suspension fitment excludes vehicles with Xenon headlamp option."
I know this is due to the self-leveling function...but I can't find out anything else about the system...I'm looking at this diagram:
https://www.autoatlanta.com/porsche-...section=905-03
But don't see anything referring to the headlight functions. AFAIK, all of the 40Jahre came with Xenon headlights, so why it says it fits the 40th must be a typo? So, what are my options for upgrading suspension components or am I stuck with OEM?
There r plenty of bolts and nuts in those lca's so just make a bracket to bolt to the litronic link.
If those arms will work for the "front" litronic bracket they will work for the rear as the arms and brackets r the same.
The small silver bracket bolted on the upper LCA in the phot0 you attached is the bracket that the height control sensor for the Litronic headlight connects to. The factory LCA are all the same. You would need to dupllcate that bracket and attach it to the left rear LCA to attach the height adjustment sensor arm for you Litronic lights.
I recently redid the front of my car with these:
(The rear could also be done with these)
Outer Control arm:

Inner control arm:
(Not exactly what I user, but Tarret has discontinued their inner which was similar)

Litronic shim:

The above shim attaches directly to the headlight height sensor arm.

Unless you're lowered, you likely don't need adjustable toe links.
Also, I've never required adjustable control arm links/diagonals.
Note: You will need an alignment after making these changes. I know you know, but in case someone comes along in the future and doesn't, now they do.
Ahh, so it's literally just a bracket??? Nothing else needed? The manufacturers website says the LCAs will work in the front, so I guess I'll also have to fashion a bracket for that.
Car is lowered with B8s and X73 springs. On the rear I have the Tarrett Motorsport toe links because the eccentric bolt was maxed out and still not in spec. Didn't need any other links to get in alignment spec, but I guess if I get that SPC kit I won't need to really about additional links?
