Of all places when out in the Citroen AxGTI d.o.g., at the butchers I met his brother in law who has just bought a lovely 65,000 mile C4. His dash is different to mine so I was unable to locate where the sim card goes for his phone. Any one know?

Beng a 2002, I would assume it has PCM1, which uses a full size SIM card. (Credit card size). This goes in the front of the PCM. You are limited in what works, and there is a post in the Technical Articles section which might be useful. http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/fb.asp?m=564575

Thanks Richard, I know what you mean, it's the, what I always thought was protective, plastic that the sim proper needs to be "snapped" out of to use in a moblie. So the owner will have to either find the card that his sim came in, buy a new sim card or be creative and make a new holder out of a real credit card.

Vodafone did them when I had mine although that is going back 3 1/2 years now. I used to have a pay as you go Sim and just divert my mobile to it when I was in the car.

Asda mobile works in mine. It was over a year ago but that was a full size sim card and cost 49p.
