Yeh i've heard good things about JZM. How do their labour rates compare? Reasonable? Been trying to find a local specialist, but a bit thin on the ground around these ends... Taran :?:

Their rates are competitive, they have to be. The good thing about these guys is that they really know what they are doing and will give you advice without trying to rip you off - definitely worth a visit!

JZM looked after my previous 993, and they have looked after my current car for the past 27k miles whilst in my ownership. They have serviced/touched just about every aspect of my car in that time, and I have found that Jonas' and Steve's experience with Porsches is exceptional. I appreciate their focus is on quality and that they do whatever they can to ensure that every job is done RIGHT, without shortcuts. Their labour rate is not the cheapest (IIRC around £69/hr), but I am comfortable in knowing they don't waste paid time on experimenting and/or exploring what is wrong with the car beyond the necessary investigation. A minor downside is that during peak seasons typical for servicing, their wait list can be as long as 4+ weeks due to the high demand for their services.
