Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

i love the steering wheel; i would recommend the leather airbag!
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Over the past year since I acquired my 99 C-2, I have slowly upgraded the plain standard interior parts to include an Artic Silver/Leather Steering wheel, white gauges, and various Arctic Silver trim pieces throughout.
I am quite pleased so far with the outcome.
What do you guys think?
i love the steering wheel; i would recommend the leather airbag!
Was the shifter a mod as well?
try Carnewal and look at the Alu accented left ans right side vents. They are a nice subtle addition.
AND - more PIC'S.

definitely an improvement. but i second the recommendation about the leather airbag. i upgraded to a CF steering wheel and kept my original airbag for awhile. you can definitely notice the difference between the wheel and the airbag's grain(or lack thereof) like in your picture - so much so that i finally caved and dropped another $500 for the leather airbag with the stitching
enjoy!
I did the same thing to my BORING all grey interior.
Artic Silver, Wheel, A/C vents, Door Bin covers and pulls (not as easy to see in the pic), Rear Center, and LOTS more black pieces. Much more happy with the interior now.
Thanks for the compliments and suggestions.
I really like the leather air bag, but $500 upcharge ?
Sorry, but I cannot substantiate that cost.
My Alpine stereo unit was less than that!
I would rather put that money with another $500 towards a GT-3 or Turbo front bumper.
Thanks, guys.
Very nice upgrade. IMO, it's hard to know when to stop and not overdo the interior. Most tasteful are those that have a few hints of upgrade like lower console, seat belts, sport seats, CF shifter/brake handle. Kind of a stock looking but upgraded look is my favorite.
I was just kidding....I spray painted mine. Just make sure you put about 200 coats of clear over the silver paint.
In all honesty though, the wheel is really nice but the price tag is steep (about $900).
Just got my CF steering wheel installed today! Pics soon. Now it goes with my CF shifter and so to be purchased CF brake handle. I have noticed the color difference between the wheel and the airbag cover. Why is that? I assume the original wheel was leather too, right?
