Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, please can someone tell me the best way to clean (vac) or get acces to the carpeted area at the rear where the hood is stored? regards, FPC

POST 2Original post

Hi, If you part open the roof, so that the front is about a foot from the screen and then stop the opening. Go to the rear sides of the vehicle and below each side inside the hood is a cable, if you feel under and so the cable faces forward you can then unclip them. Unclip both sides and you can then lift the rear of the hood and screen up. This gives you good access to the rear storage carpet were dust settles and you can also clean the inside of the screen easily. Make sure you attach both cables before continuing the cycle of the hood once you have finished. I can send you a link with pictures if you find my explanation confusing. Regards Graeme
