Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

So, this isn't really important but it bugs me. The central locking auto lock when you start driving....sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. So, I'm assuming that there's a loose connection somewhere. Has anyone experienced this or, even better, have an idea where to look to fix it? tia.

POST 2Original post

Not sure if it's the same thing, but mine wouldn't always lock and the red light remained on. It was the centre console not shutting properly

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, thanks for responding. No, it's not. The central locking works perfectly from the fob. It's when you drive off the doors automatically lock. Well, sometimes they do and sometimes they don't Its no big deal, just an irritation as it's random!
