Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

13 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

Fellow Pelicans Check out this video we put together showing exactly what it takes to drop the GT3's motor. This is definitely not something you see everyday - so who better to share it with than our loyal and awesome members! Enjoy!

POST 2Original post

So how would an aircooled car compare? I haven't seen an equally well done video of that. Cheers...

POST 3Original post

I would say for the aircooled basicly the same, exept the coolant thing which makes it easier.... Chris

Hi Barry, We pulled the motor to weld the coolant lines to part of the manifold. This car is used for tracking as well and we didn't want to take the chance of dumping coolant on the track. -Dmitry
