Obviously she jumped straight out but was understandably very shaken and it's now sitting in a garage waiting to be taken back to where it was bought so they can send it back to the garage that 'repaired' the seat - I use the word 'repaired' loosely.

I think the seat wouldn't adjust properly, it was the latest in a line of problems, so it went in to the garage, they waited for whatever part it was they needed and my daughter got the car back thinking it was fine.
