Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion

I reckon this is more down to the foam underneath rather than the leather itself, and would therefore need to have the trim taken off and the foam replaced where needed.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi All, I've just bought a 2002 911 Turbo in Black and the car is pretty much sorted. My only niggle with it is that for the age of the car, the leather on the seats apears a bit saggy and not as tight, as it should be. I'm sure there's a double entendre there somewhere!!! Is there anyway I can get the leather tightened up i.e. companies that will do this? What are we looking at cost wise for this. They are electric, heated seats with memory function (if that has any bearing on it) Cheers, Omar

POST 2Original post

I reckon this is more down to the foam underneath rather than the leather itself, and would therefore need to have the trim taken off and the foam replaced where needed. If it is the hide, then it would need both front seats retrimming which would be a few hundred pounds. Southbound motor trimmers in hampshire have a great reputation with Porsches.

POST 3Original post

Hi Omar Congrats on your purchase. I think your car came with the ruffled leather option which is why they appear 'saggy'. Can you post up pics then we'll be able to confirm? Thanks ~ Maxie
