Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

There are arms available with a poly bush which replaces the balljoint, but that’s not how the arm was designed to function and accordingly there have been failures:

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi, I have a 986 but cant find if theres a 986 section, same front end if Im not mistaken though. Anyway I have that unbearable rattling the front tuning forks make and am looking to polybush them, I cannot for the life of me work out which ones I need. Can anyone give me a link please. Thanks all!

POST 2Original post

The only attachment point you can poly bush on the tuning forks is where they meet the coffin arms here : https://www.design911.co.uk/p/lower-...7c--powerflex/ If the ball joint the other end is rattling, they need replacing. There are arms available with a poly bush which replaces the balljoint, but that’s not how the arm was designed to function and accordingly there have been failures: https://www.rosepassion.com/en/diagr...21547e-1005317

POST 3Original post

Are the powerflex bushings working out for people at this point? Or have they gone out of fever?

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
