Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Hey Planet 9 community I recently had my car stored outside for a few weeks with cover on in the Arizona sun and my headlights around the top have turned a dark color. I purchased this car a year and not sure if the previous owner installed some time of protective film on the headlights. There appears to be a slight raised edge all the around the perimeter of the lights. Are my lights film protected and if so any recommendations on removing? Thanks for your help

POST 2Original post

It looks like a precut headlight protection film. I have had good luck removing clear film using a handheld clothes steamer to warm the film while peeling it off. I then used 3M Adhesive Remover and microfiber towels to remove the leftover residue.

POST 3Original post

Ok great thank you for the suggestion. Bed Bath and Beyond here I come.
