I just replaced them with new plastic Bosch 710N's (PN 06A145710N), it was not a fun job.... With a non tuned car they are probably enough.

When I got my Turbo it had Forge metal items fitted, i removed them and fitted Turbosmart items. Much superior quality. I always find the Forge stuff a bit cheap looking and tacky. I have heard that the 710 plastic items are pretty good.
