We have done oil top up very carefully( also checked 2-3 times), but the jerk does not go away.

I guess we may have to do some coding/ reset, Techies told that after installing another transmission no need to do anything for this model year, is it true ?

Hello everyone, I have a 996 tiptronic MY 99, it had tiptronic transmission failure( oil cooler failed), but after installing a known good transmission unit with torque converter & new oil cooler , it is jerking while shifting p-r-n-d.. we have used new transmission oil from porsche. We have done oil top up very carefully( also checked 2-3 times), but the jerk does not go away. I guess we may have to do some coding/ reset, Techies told that after installing another transmission no need to do anything for this model year, is it true ? Can someone suggest please. I have not done any test drive yet, should I try it ? Can someone please suggest what should I do ? Regards..
