Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

5 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1Original post

I’m looking to install a backup camera after my Isudar PCB PCM update, and want to pull some of the interior trim pieces behind the passenger seat to route the cable cleanly. I haven’t found any good documents/how to videos on this for the cayman (a few boxer specific ones, which aren’t very helpful). Is there a gem hiding somewhere? Also, if there are better ways of running the cable, I’m all ears. Thanks!

I posted this a little while ago https://www.planet-9.com/threads/987-2-cayman-rear-camera-install.256811/?post_id=2237285&nested_view=1&sortby=oldest#post-2237285

POST 3Original post

Thanks - I did see that which prompted my question about removing some of the plastic panels to follow your routing path. I am comfortable doing a lot of the work on my car, but seeing where pry points are, etc. give me so much more confidence with the interior stuff. 👍

POST 5Original post

I should have checked his channel! Excellent. It looks like the cubby just ahead of that is also screwed down and pretty easy to remove once you get to that point. Thanks! I’ll see if I can tackle this next weekend.
