I did this recently with my turbo-twists after having a new coil-over kit fitted which is slightly lower even in its highest setting.

Anyone recommend a good looking set of 19"rims for my 996 Turbo?

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Thanks, I've worked with 19" on previous narrow bodied 996s which looked pretty good. I've a standard set of hollow spokes on at the moment but I would consider a decent set of 18" ones ðŸ‘
Its your car so obviously do just what you fancy, its good to do something different now and again. Its just that all the 996's I've seen with 19's always look a bit odd, almost 4x4'y.
Have you tried first experimenting with spacers, as if you haven't done already these will place the wheels slightly further out from the depths of the dark wheel arch and make them appear bigger. I did this recently with my turbo-twists after having a new coil-over kit fitted which is slightly lower even in its highest setting.
I really like turbo-twists on the 996's, I appreciate they're fairly "common" but they do suit the car! IMO!
What about a set of 18" GT3 wheels - they look lovely!!

I like the GT3 wheels but not sure they will suit a Turbo?!
These were some 997 C2 wheels I fitted to my C2 (I think it looked well 😅)
Again just my 2p, but to me they look too large for the car.
I recently found out on here that the 996 GT2 could come with a GT3-look wheel (i think the rears are a tad wider that the actual GT3 but they look the same) and also they look great! The GT2 is kinda a Turbo so why not see if you can find a photo somewhere of a Turbo with GT3 wheels.
I think they are the loveliest looking wheels across the 996 range, and keep thinking about getting some for my C4S.....
