Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi all I have finally managed to get a spare cluster so I can swap the clear face part over onto mine to replace the cracked glass on my speedo that had been like torture to look at for the past 18 months. The problem is, on the donor cluster, the clips underneath are pretty obvious but there is one rogue clip in the centre speedo display top at the 12 o'clock position that I cannot get undone. Can anyone offer any ideas? I have had a look on Renntech but can't find anything - there used to be some posts from fanatical people who took their instrument clusters apart to clean the inside of the glass [&:] !! But they seem to have been deleted. Thanks Vron
