Suggestion

In my area one radio station that I like to listen to, not only displays song's title, but they send out other messages, so it keeps on changing - I don't listen often while driving the Cayman, but if I did this would drive me nuts - the only real solution - black electrical tape ;-))))

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Recently, after a brief stop and go trip, the onbroad computer on my Cayman 2.7 flashes this code on the display...CDS T10. Can not find the code in the owner manual, any suggestion or what this means? Thank You. Steven

POST 2Original post

rds you can turn that line off. (2007 manual, p.37)

POST 6Original post

You are correct - for 2006 cars, it is covered on page 112. Too bad they have it, as I was ready to use black electrical tape ( gives any car that sporty loooooook ) ;-))) I have a story of my own - when I first started to drive the car, I would pull the light switch all the way - one time I was stopped, and a person said that one of my break lights was out - I took a look, and one was brighter than the other - I read the manual before I took the delivery of the car, and recall reading about rear fog light - I never had any of those on my previous cars, and was not even sure what that was - sure enough the rear fog light is an extra bright passenger side rear light ( still in red ). These days I still pull the light switch to have the fog lights on, but stop one click short P.S. I just looked at the manual, and if I paid better attention reading it the first time I would notice that it said 'Rear fog light' and not light s In my defense reading a manual before having the car is hard, as one does not have a chance to play with the controls - still, it is a good way to get introduced to the options, and be able to ask much better questions of the salesperson during the final delivery.
