Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1Original post

Can someone suggest the most efficient way I would store locations of speed cameras on the PCM preferably as a logo of some sort? Also, is there anyway I could have some sort of audio warning?

POST 2Original post

I didn't know you could store any icons on the map on PCM (like Honda/Acura systems they don't store them either). I have not, admittedly, read the PCM manual so I would assume it would say in there if you could. That reminds me that I need to GET a PCM manual.

POST 3Original post

Anyone else any suggestions? Even if its text or anything... is it possible?

POST 4Original post

Rick from Suncoast have to order it from Porsche, as they don't stock manuals. The cost is around $10 -$15.

POST 5Original post

It can be accomplished with the new Escort 9500i radar detector. zornet :burnout:

POST 6Original post

hhahaha matt, i bet you're in Dubai. They added 4 new speed cams just before and after you enter Dubai from Abu Dhabi.

POST 7Original post

put a post it on the screen... ... oh wait, n\m.

POST 8Original post

Haha yeah very true, especially on beach road... do you come to dubai much??? Anyway I guess thats a negative on being able to store some sort of logo/symbol representing a speed camera...?

POST 9Original post

Feel free to upload it to your FILES section of the website if it isn't already there, I haven't even gotten around to checking yet. If not, then go ahead and upload there or if you can't get that to work for some reason you can email it to webmaster at caymanclub dot net.

POST 10Original post

It is there maybe that is where I found it before.

POST 11Original post

I don't think you can because after reading (well semi-reading) the PCM manual, you can save POI (points of interest) on the map, but you have to enter an adress first for the location, or stop exacty where the speed camera is and then save the location, it should then display the lattitudes and longitudes for that location. And unlike other nav's you can't scroll around.

POST 12Original post

So you're saying it is possible?? I can stop at the side of the road by the speed camera and save the location and it will come up as one of those POI logos I choose? This is exactly what I want to do???
