I know that this subject has been covered before because it is from there that I picked up Richard Hamilton's recommendation of Wrightune. Having been there this morning I can thoroughly endorse Richard's comments. Tony Wright is a really nice bloke. Nothing's too much trouble and now I've got a working computer (although knowing the MPG is not necessarily a plus!). If you're thinking of having your OBC activated you could do a lot worse than take a trip to Wallingford to see Tony. [ ]

Its always good to hear such recommendations - have been tempted myself with the computer and cruise upgrade from Wrightune. I wonder if they can do one where the mpg shows about 10 better than what it really is for when the OH is in the car ?

Hi, I have a PCM1 and thought I would also get the OBC activated. Dropped the car into HP Motorsport (next door to Design 911 in Hainult) for a few things and asked them to activate it. I will get the stalk put on at a later date. Activated no problem, and shows outside temp gauge by default. Not sure if that can be changed to range or something else though.

Check out Wrightune's website to see how Tony does it. He fits a switch to change the computer function. www.wrightune.co.uk You can then switch between the various readings, except the speed warning dongs!
