Finally got around to installing a Soul catback exhaust I've had laying around for a few weeks for my 987.1 . It sounds exactly how I wanted. Deeper tone when at WOT but not "droney" or annoying. Can also now clearly hear the burbling when coasting at high rpm. I ordered through Pelican Parts and ordered one with the Soul satin finish single wall slash cut tips. But after unboxing I found that the tips sent were the double wall slash cut chrome ones. I wanted the satin ones as I figured it would match the trim around the exhaust but the chrome ain't bad either. Instead of going through the trouble of a return or whatever I think ill just stay with these chrome ones. I got a good deal with Pelican using a promotion for PCA members. Got like $300-$500 off. Best upgrade so far. What you think?

Better than an ipd plenum. Which does basically nothing. Headers/exhaust are the few things that make a HP increase… it’s minimal but it sure sounds better.. imo, sounds like a 3.6 GT3

+1 Soul exhaust is top notch. Looks fine on ur car; you can always spray it satin black later with hi temp paint ) My 06 CS has had Miltek catback since day 1 and still sounds great. Best hp upgrade was NHP catless headers ten yrs ago.

Mike, I sent an email to [email removed] per you request. Again, happy with the chrome honestly and the order got to me a month ahead of the "expected delivery date". Exhaust fitment was great too, thank the boys for adding the studs to the package too as my stock ones broke getting the nuts off.
