I have read web posts on all sorts of issues but I think the web is where most complain. Hoping this forum with real

My car has 69k miles .

fluid / filter done at 50k. Other than slow shift from reverse to forward after sitting for days she runs fine
Well ours only has 40k trouble free miles on it. On the other hand,
here’s a 2010 with 200k trouble free miles
. You’ll read about failures here and there on the internet, just as one would with any device/manufacturer, but PDK has a great track record.
that is my thought at well, but thought Id throw it out to those in the know . Thanks for the response!
Mine has 45k on it and I’ve never had any issues with mine.

My MY2010CS is just over 200,371K miles and just recently the
PDK
is a bit wacky. BGB suspects age related changes with seals etc. They’ll be working on it soon. I would recommend have a
PDK
assessed by a trustworthy
Porsche
Specialist. Not necessarily a
Porsche
Dealer. A professional specialist should be able to determine what’s up with their computer scanning. I’m sure a dealership can do that as well but it’s important to know your specialist personally. BGB Motorsports here in Ormond Beach , Florida , can get it right. John Tercel and the BGB crew are the best
Porsche
specialists I’ve ever know. I’ve been a
Porsche
owner since 2006. My 2010
Cayman S
I’ve had since 2012. This is the best car I’ve ever had. BGB will keep it going strong.
wow that is impressive and encouraging!
My 2011 CS PDK died last year due to a faulty shift rod sensor at 85K. But the car is tracked hard and my mechanic said I should have had a cooler on the gear oil side. In general I've found the PDK to be pretty rock solid. K
thanks , no tracking with this one
