hi as the title suggests im looking at changing my pcm 1 for a pioneer avic system so a couple of question if any one has done this baring in mind i may wish to replace the pcm for selling the car in the future so i would like to keep the wiring as original as possible

If you want to make the reversal easy, I would retain the amp. Just get an Audioleads PC9-410 adapter lead. I put Pioneer AVIC systems in both my 996s, but if I was doing it again I would go for the Sony system with TomTom.
