Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

so I pulled the drivers seat out, and the module below the seat out to rescue some jewelry my wife dropped under the seat. Now after putting it back together the car wont even attempt to turn over and has all sorts of error messages on the cluster. What gives?

POST 2Original post

Did you disconnect the battery before you disconnected?

POST 3Original post

What I would do: Disconnect the battery Take out the seat again Pull everything apart Check to be sure you've accounted for all connections, that they are all fully connected. Check each connector for bent pins or bad connections (trash caught in the connector, etc.) Carefully re-assemble everything looking for any missed connections or mistakes that could have happened the first time though. connect the battery Best of luck!

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I did not disconnect the battery before hand
