Has anyone seen or might have a pic of a 996 with the 18" carrera 5 spoke wheels painted black?? I have seen the turbo twist wheels in black and they look surprisingly good??Any thoughts on this?? Thanks.

I just did mine seal grey with a polished lip. I struggled between that and black. Doing them all black, IMO, "loses" the wheel in the wheel well and tire. During my research, I ran across this photo of a 993 with the 5-spokes painted black center, polished lip.

Guess not, there was a guy on renntech who had a spell putting one in, broke the mirror, windshield etc, thought his handle was SRL, my bad ( was SPR).

Chris there is a guy on the 993 board that has a yellow Carrera with seal grey painted [all paint, no polished lip] Lightweights. It looks really really good. I think if you have a white/yellow/red car, the grey wheels look amazing. I also don't like the black wheels as you can't really see any definition in the wheels, but that is just an opinion that I hold
