silicon spray should help the roof - be careful to when you use the directional tube thingy that comes with the can so that it doesn't fall off into mechanism.

hi there hope some one can help the roof is slow to open and close and now the cblind doesnt want to retract properly so think it all needs some tlc and a service......does any one have expeience of these issues and how resolved where etc thanks alan

it prob just needs a good clean and light lube its easy to get lots of crap in there if you only clean the outside of the car and do so irreguarly DIY job

I find that opening the roof when the engine is running is better as I assume there are more amps and the motor can overcome the resistance easier.
