I think there is way too much in-breeding going on in the Wycombe area- I never new the town was so friendly-perhaps it is due to all those fun nights at the White Horse!!

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

27 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1Original post

I'll make you smile Mr C, even if I have to tickle your nuts with a duster mate!!

POST 2Original post

I think there is way too much in-breeding going on in the Wycombe area- I never new the town was so friendly-perhaps it is due to all those fun nights at the White Horse!!

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I found a review of the White Horse the other day, posted by a regular. It was hilarious, but quite unprintable. I will forward you the URL off list - v dodgy website, but this takes you straight through to the review

POST 4Original post

Hay mate, you can't say that - most people in Marlow have three arms and a strange squint...

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

That's why bluesatin is such a good driver. He can change gear, steer and fiddle with his traction control thingummy, all at the same time.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Just to let you guys know that this will include the Pistonheads Awards 2002, and will be on: Sat 2nd November at a four star hotel in Swindon (near the M4) Tickets will be approx 55 quid, and there will be a live band and three course dinner included. Keep the date free in your diary, if you are planning on coming. Scottster and myself are definites, so far (plus Don and Mrs Don?), and Ted tells me the response has been fantastic. Bookings taken from next week by all accounts. Cheers Domster >> Edited by domster on Friday 23 August 15:21

POST 8Original post

We will definitely be there. Will there be an advantageous room rate at the hotel, too? There's no way either of us would want to drive... Although not too much as I'm sure Mrs Don will want to force me to go through the usual ritual humilation on the dancefloor - if there is one...? Whatever it takes I suppose.

POST 9Original post

Fly out to sunnier shores on that day for two weeks, so can't make it. I tried to argue a change of date, but I was in a minority of one, apprarently.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

It's to the top of the list again, because tickets are now on sale. Go direct to the shop, or see the home page. A Porsche forum table would be fun, within bread roll lobbing distance of the TVR boys, of course Don is going to have divided loyalties on that one. It also gives UV a chance to meet Mrs Scottster, yet it remains to see whether he'll book a single or double room at The Marriott... Hope at least some of you can make it. C'mon Thom, get on that ferry, and I'll buy you a beer for effort!! Cheers Domster

POST 11Original post

Can't wait. Tried to buy just now and the Worldpay thing is down.... I'll try later tonight and book a room... See you all there...just so long as divided loylaties don't mean that EVERYONE lobs bread rolls at ME!

POST 12Original post

Worldpay page fixed (wasn't actually Worldpay, but the interface on the PH end).

POST 13Original post

Tickets booked - C'mon UV, get your drinkin' hat on if you think you're hard enough!!! I'm already gonna try it on with Domster's lass so you better bring some tallent too!

POST 14Original post

Dom's 'lass', come we both know the truth behind that one

POST 15 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

That's why Scottster wants to try it on with her. He's read all about ladyboys on the internet, and is even talking about taking a trip to Thailand, I kid you not

POST 16Original post

How rude! Ted, can the Porch table also be located outside... >> Edited by scruff400 on Thursday 29th August 16:01

POST 17Original post

If I ever made the trip to Thailand you know I'd apply for a permenant residency over there!! Wouldn't catch me trawling the streets for pieces of Wycombe trash again after a sniff at them ladyboyz. Anyway, Missus Scottster has met UV before and survived so it's your beeeatch that may be in trouble Mr C!!

POST 18Original post

ps: UV, so what truth do you know, don't worry, I have my suspicions too.... pps: So how many Pork boyz are going then, don't tell me it'll only be Domster, UV and me holding the fort against the British Beef onslaught?

POST 19Original post

Well...I've managed to pay up and book a room so Mrs Don and I will be there. Thinking of bringing the Boxster too. You never know...it might be my new one by then which would be fun... The Mrs may insist on the Chimarea of course... Choices choices...

POST 20Original post

scottster Once again you have made me very conecerned about domster. After the drive by shooting (which he blamed on his exhaust) at the Iron Duke you are claiming he visits the White Horse to find nice exotic dancers. It makes me wonder whats going to happen at Pie and Tie

POST 22Original post

i couldn't agree more - there's a great pie shoppe in Reading called "Sweeney & Todd"

POST 23Original post

Guy, you have a concerningly excellent knowledge of the more 'dodgy' Wycombe drinking establishments - I trust there is a rational explanation for this? As for Domster, he's a shady character (I'd go as far as to say he's a slim shady character) which may exlpain his actions. I hear he's even been linked with the 2-Pac and notorious BIG shootings too!!

POST 24Original post

Guy, I must admit to being concerned about your extensive knowledge regarding the more 'back-street' public houses in our good town? You're not running some local drugs/hooker organisation to fund your fuel bill are you? Never know, you could have Colbeck on your books and the local hard hit man and UV to supply the rest as is his speciality....

POST 25Original post

Extensive knowledge of good establishments after spending 3 years working in West Wycombe. Just been through your town (described by many as the garden of eden) and was very impressed the nice nature of the locals. My enjoyment was further increased by the way the sun was reflecting of the waters of the Rye. >> Edited by Bluesatin on Friday 30th August 12:11

POST 26Original post

Ah, that's where my posts went, thought I'd hit delete by mistake (hence the two similar ones) Guy, you're lucky your windows don't open, else you'd have been car-jacked by now in the Ultima-underpants!! Place is full of pond life, hence me currently moving, only to the other side of town but hoping for a better quality of pleb there. (anyway, once you've lived next to Domster for this long anyone would want to get away )

POST 27 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I hope some of you Porsche Forum monkeys will be going to this. See the home page or general gassing forum for more details. I'm helping Ted organise it, so if UV wants me to line up the working girls I'll see what I can do There'll also be the Pistonheads Awards, for entertaining contributors, which I believe is what Scottster considers himself
