Obviously there is a price issue here - replacing a bush that costs £10 is an easy decision to make, whereas replacing an item that costs £150 and might not even be damaged on my car is a tricky call.

Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.
0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

14 May Update:
Its getting close to fitting date and I'm getting nervous of not having the right bits on the day (and it has to be a 24hr turnaround job). Pls see thread below and let me know if anyone has any suggestions. I have asked Chris@CG for his advice, but am yet to hear back from him.
Original post:
I bought Flatsix's suspension (Porsche Sports Suspension Dampers fitted with -30mm Eibech Springs) and they are being fitted by Centre Gravity next month. Note - I only bought the springs and dampers, no roll bars, bushes etc
I am keen to replace anything else that might need doing at the same time. I want to avoid having to replace bushes etc in 12mths time or even during the lifetime of the new suspension.
My car is a 2000, and has done 54k miles. I cant find any receipts to show work on suspension prior to me buying it (3yrs ago, 20k miles ago).
I have trawled through loads of threads on here and found all of these items mentioned as wearing out, failing, or just needing replacing:
bushes
mounting points
lower ball joints
lower control arms
anti roll bars - although porscheshop think a cab has uprated roll bars as standard?
wishbone rubbers
I was hoping people could help and let me know which items from the list above, and others that I havent mentioned, I should consider replacing when I get the new stuff fitted.
Obviously there is a price issue here - replacing a bush that costs £10 is an easy decision to make, whereas replacing an item that costs £150 and might not even be damaged on my car is a tricky call. Chris is miles away from me and has kindly offered to do the work in one day, so I cant really leave it with him for a week while he finds out what needs replacing and orders it.
I know nothing about the cost of some of these things, or which parts are likely to fail during the life of the new springs. Any help very gratefully received. Josh
PS - I'm
very
excited about the performance and aesthetics of these new springs!
Hi, the porsche supension kit comes with uprated front and rear anti roll bars, its not clear whether you have got these as part of the deal? if you fit the dampers and springs only you may not get the full benefit.
- Simon
Thanks Simon - my purchase is only springs and dampers.
I asked for a price from porscheshop and they have the same part number for the uprated roll bars as for the standard cabrio bars. So they thought maybe cabs have uprated bars as standard, but werent 100% sure? Also - roll bars separately are £450! The whole kit is £600 I think!
Anyone recommend anything else?
