Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

On my 3.4 99 carrera 4 the large cooling pipe going from the block up to the rear inner wing has burst does anyone know the part number? My car has clips on it whereas newer versions seem to have a built in socket on one end!

POST 2Original post

Need a picture really to be sure and if o/s/r or n/s/r .. either of the large pipes or the small bottle pipe require engine removal to replace though . 4 or 5 in the image is my guess so far .. https://www.bellandcolvill.co.uk/deroure?qs=1&preview=1&make=3&model=25&groupid=2526

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the reply - I'm pretty sure it's number 23 on that diagram!

POST 4Original post

Aghhh ok .. that one is easy enough to replace .. use my link to get the part number ... its year specific with the early ones being clip and the later ones being push in i expect .. just use the part number for your model year . For some reason i thought you meant the main coolant pipes ... Doh !

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks that's great - to be fair I did say large, but it's not that big!
